Eligibility Requirements

  • All original packaging, seals, and labels are intact

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened fragrance products – Once the protective seal is broken, we cannot resell the item
  • Used testers or samples
  • Items without original packaging

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Important: Do not ship your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once authorized, please follow these steps:

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA email
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to our returns address (provided in your RMA email)
Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information
