Eros, known as the God of Love, inspired the Eros Pour Femme campaign: to demonstrate the power of a woman’s seductive ability. Donatella Versace remarked that Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott shot the campaign at Pinewood studio’s water reservoirs, used for James Bond films. Brian Shimansky, face of the Eros campaign, and Lara Stone, known for Eros Pour Femme, were featured in the ads. The perfume composition begins with Sicilian lemon, Calabrian bergamot, and pomegranate, and has a heart of lemon, sambac jasmine absolute, jasmine infusion, and peony. The base notes are sandalwood, ambrox, musk, and various woody notes. The glass bottle of Eros Pour Femme has a rounded shape and a prominent Medusa relief on its center, along with Greek motifs around the edges.
